In this study, qualitative and quantitative analysis of essential oils contained in horse chestnut flowers was carried out. The chemical composition and qualitative analysis of essential oils were investigated by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry in SIM, SCAN and electron impact ionization (EI) modes on Agilent 8890 and Agilent 5977B gas chromatographs.
