This article provides for the implementation of certain works and planning for updating the monitoring system for hydrogeological observations of seismically active areas, forecasting the direction and velocity of groundwater movement in our country, in particular, important results are being achieved in obtaining high-precision data before strong earthquakes. Programs for continuous monitoring of the seismic activity of territories are also being developed.
