This work describes the synthesis and spectral study of bright red fluorescent perovskite quantum dots containing MA0.9FA0.1PbI3 by the ligand-assisted redeprecipitation (LARP) method at room temperature. In addition, it is important to obtain an optimal volume ratio of the ligands used, and to select a “good” solvent and a “bad” solvent. The UV-vis spectroscopy, steady-state fluorescence, and time-dependent fluorescence spectra of bright red fluorescent perovskite containing MA0.9FA0.1PbI3 were studied. Such perovskite materials have shown wide potential for use in solar cells.
