At the first stage of the research, demographic indicators of the population living in the vicinity of the New Angren thermal power
plant of the Tashkent region and cases of endocrine disorders were monitored, one of the most environmentally unfavorable. In the
second stage of the experiment, it was carried out in laboratory animals. According to him, animals were noted to have increased
blood glucose levels in the long-term i.e. in the amount of 0.05 mg/kg of lead salt for 28 weeks, and under the influence of a high-
fat diet, almost increased animal blood glucose by 3.5 times when going to the end of the week, demonstrating diabetic indications.
