This article examines, how production-grade biologically active substances-biostimulants, amino-acid-enriched fertilizers,
phytohormones, and PGPR microorganisms-affect the growth and development of rice (Oryza sativa). Using agronomic and
biotechnological lenses, it compares foliar application, seed biopriming, and root inoculation by metrics such as growth dynamics,
chlorophyll status, and yield. Findings indicate that biological solutions optimize mineral fertilizer use, improve tolerance to
salinity-water stress, and stabilize productivity; nitrogen assimilation efficiency and root system development are also considered.
