O‘ZBEKISTONDA QONUN USTUVORLIGINI TA’MINLASHNING NORMATIV-HUQUQIY VA TASHKILIY ASOSLARI

The article discusses the rule of law as a fundamental principle of a democratic and legal state, the role of the rule of law in regulating socioeconomic relations, the essence of the rule of law, the organizational and legal foundations for ensuring legitimacy and the rule of law, and the effectiveness of any democratic reforms. The Constitution is the primary guarantee of peace and development, and is directly linked to ensuring the rule of law, economic, political, moral, ethical, and spiritual guarantees of the rule of law, and the legitimacy of public administration. Issues such as structural reform of this sector are also discussed.
