The Karakul sheep is of particular importance in terms of its viability and other biological characteristics, and it is a source of milk
and meat, the main products of animal husbandry in the steppe and semi-steppe regions of Uzbekistan and other countries. However,
there is currently no accurate information about their origin. Despite this, many researchers in this field have attempted to address
this issue based on various evidence. This article presents an immunological and population genetic analysis of Karakul sheep that
addresses this problem.
