STRATEGIES FOR INCREASING CITIZEN TRUST IN A DIGITAL SOCIETY
This article explores strategies for increasing citizens’ trust in a digital society. It examines approaches such as enhancing
transparency in e-services, ensuring data protection, strengthening two-way communication between government and citizens,
improving digital literacy, and expanding open data policies.
