SHAHRISABZ DAVLAT MUZEY-QO‘RIQXONASI TASHKIL ETILISHINING HUQUQIY ASOSLARI VA SHAKLANISHI TARIXI
This article reflects the history of the legal regulations, socio-economic environment, and practical processes related to the formation of the museum-reserve that emerged in the historical center of Shahrisabz. It also discusses certain problematic issues concerning the preservation and use of cultural heritage sites in the country, particularly the pressing challenges in the management system when safeguarding historic cities included in the World Cultural Heritage List.
In covering the topic, the study first takes into account the region’s potential and examines the sources using the historical-chronological method. As a result, scientific and legal sources related to the formation of the museum-reserve were collected, and its current role in the development of the field as well as future prospects were identified.
