This article analyzes the possibilities of implementing differential training through the use of digital educational tools in the process of professional development. The study showed the role of digital resources in the educational process, their adaptation to the individual characteristics of the audience and their effectiveness in the development of professional competencies. Practical aspects of combining an interactive and differential approach were also highlighted in the skill development system.
