This article examines the harmonization of the principles governing professional skill development and the educational upbringing process, as well as certain creative approaches that require special attention in the formation of professional competencies. The relevance of the positive integration of purposeful and meaningful knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies into the educational process as moral and value-based qualities of personality development, along with their impact on the principles of upbringing, is substantiated.
