This article analyzes the role of personal psychological resilience as a leading factor in protecting adolescents from the influence of mass culture and various manipulative impacts. The study examines psychological vulnerabilities typical of adolescence, the effects of external informational pressure, social networks, and mass culture on adolescents’ value systems. The significance of key components of psychological resilience - emotional stability, independent thinking, critical thinking, self-awareness, and social adaptation skills - as effective protective mechanisms is substantiated.
