RESEARCH BY WESTERN EUROPEAN SCIENTISTS IN THE FIELD OF ACHIVE STUDIES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY
The article is devoted to the issues of historiography of the history of foreign archives. In particular, based on the works of
Russian authors, information is provided on the scientific research of Western European scientists at the beginning of the 20th
century. From a historiographic point of view, information is provided on scientific works created by archivists, topics studied,
and on the analysis of researched problems in archival science.
