This article presents a methodology for improving early triage and clinical decision-making in traumatic conditions within
emergency medical care using artificial intelligence technologies. The study proposes an algorithmic approach for real-time
analysis of patients’ vital signs, injury characteristics, and risk factors. Experimental results demonstrate that AI-based triage
significantly increases the speed and accuracy of patient assessment, reduces clinical errors, and supports timely and evidence-
based clinical decision-making. The findings confirm the potential of artificial intelligence to enhance the quality and efficiency
of emergency medical services.
