STATE SOCIAL PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR CHERNOBYL PARTICIPANTS IN THE PERIOD OF INDEPENDENCE
This article analyzes the historical development and legal foundations of the state social protection system formed in Uzbekistan
during the period of independence for participants of the Chernobyl disaster. The study highlights the effectiveness of financial
compensation, medical rehabilitation, and social support mechanisms, emphasizing their role in ensuring social stability.
