RESEARCH ON NEGATION FORMS WITHIN TURKIC LANGUAGES

This article analyzes the means and methods of expressing the category of affirmation-negation in Turkic languages. The
research focuses on the morphological and functional-semantic features of negation, with affirmative forms being considered in
opposition to this category. The article comparatively analyzes the results of studies conducted on Tatar, Bashkir, Turkmen,
Kazakh, and Kyrgyz language materials, identifying their common and distinctive aspects. The study employs comparativetypological and functional-semantic approaches and evaluates the level of interpretation of the negation category in existing
research.
