Downloads
This article provides theoretical and empirical foundations for the role of emotional and social intelligence in the process of
professional self-awareness. Within the framework of G.Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences and modern approaches to
intelligence, emotional intelligence is analyzed as a crucial psychological factor in making career decisions, assessing one's
capabilities, and determining one's professional orientation.
