This article analyzes the philosophical essence and historical development of language culture from a socio-philosophical
perspective. It interprets language culture as a complex phenomenon closely connected with human thinking, social
consciousness, and the system of spiritual values. The ontological, epistemological, and axiological aspects of language are
revealed, and its development from antiquity to the modern stage is examined. Furthermore, the transformational processes of
language culture in the context of globalization and digital communication are analyzed. The author substantiates language
culture as an important criterion of spiritual maturity of both the individual and society.
