Authors

This study investigated the internal and external body indices of market-size rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) of different origins (Europe: Denmark, Poland, Italy), including diploid, cross-line, and triploid forms. The fish were reared under aquaculture conditions in suspended cages at the Charvak Reservoir of “Golden Fish” LLC (Bostanliq District, Tashkent Region) until reaching a market weight of up to 4 kg. The main parameters measured in the study included exterior measurements, body weight, morphometric traits, and internal organ indices. Morphometric parameters were determined using the methodology of M.F. Pravdin (1966).
