In studies conducted across ecological regions, changes in the hematological parameters of the blood serum of Hissar sheep raised
in different ecological zones and their relationship with environmental factors were investigated. As a result of the research, the
effects of various ecological conditions such as temperature, humidity, pasture quality, mineral composition of feed, and
biogeochemical conditions on erythrocyte count, hemoglobin level, leukocyte formula, and the main parameters reflecting the
physiological norm of blood were analyzed. The results showed that hematological indicators in Hissar sheep raised in regions
with different ecological characteristics differ significantly, and these differences are mainly associated with adaptation
mechanisms to environmental conditions. In favorable ecological regions, differences in the immunological activity of blood were
observed across ecological environments.
