IMPACT OF CHANGES IN AIR AND DRINKING WATER QUALITY ON P
This article analyzes the impact of changes in the quality of atmospheric air and drinking water on public health in a territorialgeographical manner using the example of the cities of the Fergana Valley. Based on monitoring and statistical data for 2019–
2025, PM2.5, PM10 indicators, sanitary and hygienic conditions, and morbidity dynamics were assessed. The results show a stable
relationship between environmental factors and respiratory, cardiovascular, and water-related diseases, predicting an increase in
demand for some of the existing health facilities in the regions.
