KARL HEINZEN'S ESSAY “KILLING” OR THE CONCEPT OF MODERN TERRORISM
This article scientifically substantiates that the ideological and moral roots of terrorism date back to the radical political thought of
the 19th century. The study analyzes the work of the German revolutionary thinker Karl Heinzens "Murder" ("Killing and
Freedom") from a philosophical point of view as the first theoretical example of the concept of modern terrorism. The author of
the article reveals the evolution of the radicalization of violence as a logical chain: from oppression to tyranocide, from
dehumanization and intimidation to terrorism.
