This article analyzes the process of agrarian reforms implemented in the Qashqadaryo region during the 1990s, focusing on the financial and production activities of household plots, private farms, and collective farms. The study highlights the reduction of the state order system, allocation of land to private plots, development of private ownership, and the productivity of personal plots with supporting statistical data.
