INTERPRETATION OF THE FOREIGN POLICY OF NEW UZBEKISTAN IN FOREIGN HISTORIOGRAPHY AND INTERNATIONAL SOURCES

This article provides a scientific and analytical examination of the interpretation of the foreign policy of New Uzbekistan in foreign
historiography and international sources. The study focuses on how Uzbekistan’s open, pragmatic, and multi-vector foreign policy strategy
has been assessed by foreign experts, academic circles, and international organizations in recent years. It also analyzes the intensification
of regional cooperation in Central Asia and the transformation of Uzbekistan’s geopolitical role and international image. Using comparative
and discourse analysis methods, the paper identifies the specific features of interpretations found in international sources
