PSYCHOLOGICAL BASIS AND ASPECTS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING DEVELOPMENT
This article analyzes the socio-psychological aspects of the formation of professional training of cadets in higher military educational
institutions. The motivational, cognitive, psychological, communicative and personal components of professional training are revealed
based on scientific theoretical approaches. The article also examines the role of motivation, intellectual development, psychological
stability, communication culture and individual characteristics in the professional development of cadets
