This article analyzes the content of the concept of electronic culture in society, its theoretical and methodological foundations, and the
features of its development. The author considers electronic culture as a complex social system closely connected with the processes of
information exchange, digital technologies, and social communication. The article thoroughly examines the structural elements of
electronic culture, its interrelation with information culture, as well as its significance in the development of society. The research findings
demonstrate that electronic culture is an integral part of modern society and is characterized by a constantly evolving and dynamic nature.
