CHALLENGES OF IMPROVING INFORMATION CULTURE WITHIN THE PUBLIC SAFETY FRAMEWORK
This article examines the role of information culture in ensuring social security in the context of a modern digital society. The relevance
of the study is determined by the rapid growth of information flows, the spread of fake news, disinformation, and increasing ideological
threats. The research applies methods such as system analysis, comparative approach, and sociological generalization. The findings indicate
that the level of information culture is a key factor in ensuring social security and ideological stability. The author substantiates the
importance of developing information culture as a tool to counter hybrid threats and provides practical recommendations.
