THE ROLE OF THE E-GOVERNMENT PORTAL IN STRENGTHENING THE BALANCE OF TRUST BETWEEN THE STATE AND SOCIETY
The article discusses the role of the digital government portal in strengthening the trust balance between the state and society. Furthemore,
it highlights that the digital government portal is a result of governance reforms in the context of the New Uzbekistan. The article also
analyzes the origins, development, and implementation of digital government in foreign countries, examining the experiences of other
nations. The advantages of digital government in reinforcing social trust balance, as well as the challenges encountered in this area, are
thoroughly explored. Relevant normative-legal documents and literature were comparatively analyzed and utilized in studying the problem.
In addition, recommendations and proposals aimed at strengthening the trust balance between the state and society have been developed.
