PSYCHOLOGY OF PATIENTS WITH ONCOLOGICAL DISEASES
This article analyzes the psychological state of patients with oncological diseases, their attitude towards the illness, the dynamics
of mental changes, and the importance of psychotherapeutic approaches. The stages of fear, hopelessness, denial, anger,
depression, and acceptance in patients are examined from a psychological perspective. Additionally, the impact of social support,
family environment, and medical-psychological assistance on the recovery process is demonstrated.
