THE EVOLUTION OF THE UNITY OF IDEAS AND PRACTICE IN STATE SYSTEMS IN THE WORK OF AMIR TIMUR
The article provides a scientific substantiation of the essence of the principle of logical rationality in the activities of Amir Timur, who possessed charismatic and legitimate abilities, in the creation and improvement of the foundations of national statehood. The article also examines the socio-political and legal instability in Central Asia in the first half of the 14th century, the emergence of a political leader with charismatic and legitimate abilities, such as Amir Timur, and the nature of the idea of national statehood based on a comparative analysis of historical works
