THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS

This article examines the impact of digital technologies on contemporary family relationships. Both positive and negative aspects
of digitalization in everyday family life are analyzed. Special attention is given to changes in communication patterns among
family members, the role of social networks and mobile devices in interpersonal interaction, and the transformation of family
values and traditions. It is shown that digital technologies facilitate communication and help maintain long-distance relationships;
however, they may also lead to emotional detachment, reduced quality of face-to-face interaction, and an increase in conflicts
