In the article, the issue of developing the content of the nanoelectronics course, defining the main structure of the course based on the requirements of competencies related to the subject in students is analyzed. The possibilities of using innovative educational technologies, simulation, virtual laboratories, imitation models and interactive platforms and modern pedagogical approaches in effective teaching of the nanoelectronics course are substantiated.
Also, in the article, recommendations for improving the content of the nanoelectronics course based on the competency approach have been developed.
