ADVANTAGES OF MODERN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN TRANSFERRING AGRICULTURAL LAND TO OTHER LAND CATEGORIES
The article analyzes the role and advantages of modern innovative technologies in the process of converting agricultural land to
other land categories (land conversion). The possibilities of using GIS, remote sensing, drone technologies, artificial intelligence,
digital cadastre, IoT and blockchain systems in land conversion are substantiated. It is shown that these technologies serve to
increase the accuracy of land assessment, identify environmental risks in advance, reduce illegal land development, and organize
the decision-making process on a transparent and scientific basis.
