HUQUQIY NIGILIZMNI BARTARAF ETISH VA IJTIMOIY MAS’ULIYATNI SHAKLLANTIRISHDA HUQUQIY MADANIYATNING ROLI
This article analyzes the role and significance of legal culture in eliminating the phenomenon of legal nihilism from a philosophical and legal perspective. The author considers legal culture as a key factor (determinant) shaping social responsibility in society. Also, scientific conclusions are put forward on the mechanisms for overcoming deformations in legal consciousness and strategies for increasing the legal activity of the individual
