The article examines the geological heterogeneity and distribution of collector properties in the Jurassic productive horizons of
the Jel field of well No. 4 (Ustyurt region). Based on comprehensive laboratory studies of the core (granulometric,
sedimentological, and lithophysical analyses), a high degree of lithological variability in the section was identified. It has been
established that the productive layers are primarily represented by aleurolites and sandstones with a wide range of filtration-
capacitive properties.
