This article presents the results of an assessment of current engineering-geological processes and phenomena within the Angren
industrial zone. The relevance of this work is determined by the high degree of economic development of the area and the need to
consider geological risks in the design and operation of industrial and civil structures. The research is based on an analysis of the
geomorphological structure (terrace complexes of the Golodnosteppe and Syrdarya cycles), field observations, hydrogeological
measurements, and cartographic data.
