This article analyzes the formation, development, and historical traces that have survived to the present day of the ordas, which occupied an important place in the history of Tashkent. From the period of ancient Shash to the era of the Kokand Khanate, these ordas served not only as political and administrative centers but also as historical and cultural sites embodying the material and spiritual heritage of the people. The study highlights the significance of these heritage objects in museology, as well as issues related to their preservation, research, and promotion among the wider public.
