In this article, the author conducted a scientific analysis of the history of the emergence of companies in the ancient Roman state
and their formation from a theoretical and practical point of view. And also, analyzing the opinions and judgments of legal
scholars, he substantiated that the legal constructions under consideration are very close to modern concepts of society.
