This article explores the integration of persons with disabilities into the political life of society and the effective methods and means of shaping their political consciousness and culture. The research analyzes the role of information and communication technologies, inclusive education, legal advocacy, and social institutions in increasing the activity of persons with disabilities as political subjects. Furthermore, pedagogical and psychological approaches aimed at raising the level of participation of this population group in decision-making processes are highlighted. The article concludes by putting forward practical mechanisms and proposals aimed at developing the political culture of persons with disabilities
