Научная статья представляет собой понятие и сущность юридической антропологии, изучая его с точки зрения мирового
уровня, а также обращая внимание на его тенденции развития во всем мире, включая и республику Узбекистан. В
данной статье, изучается основные перспективы юридической антропологии, его место и влияние в современное время.
