In this article, the similarities and differences between the masterpieces of Uzbek literary studies and the novels of John Steinberg, the winner of the Nobel Prize, whose novels are considered masterpieces of world literature, are presented. While the author's works are based on the real events of the social and political environment of the world, the artist's ability to describe his images with artistic colors opened the way for him to portray his characters with brilliance. Spiritual ideas such as bad spirit, national anthem, personal freedom in the writer's works are common with the realism, figurative and poetic styles described by the Uzbek writer Nazar Eshanqul in his novels.
