JAZONING IJTIMOIY-AXLOQIY VA XUQUQIY TA’SIRLASHUVIDAGI MUNOSABATLARI
The article examines punishment from a disciplinary point of view as an educational means of achieving legitimacy in society,
where punishment ensures that people comply with order, morality and legal norms established in society. Punishment can be
understood as a phenomenon covering various spheres of social regulation. This unique position makes it one of the most
valuable tools and at the same time serves as an important source of assessment of current social processes
