This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state and development trends of cultural and humanitarian ties between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The study details the stages of cooperation in the fields of diplomacy, education, science, and literature. Particular attention is given to the role of high-level presidential visits and events organized within the framework of “years of culture” in strengthening interstate trust. Based on statistical data and cultural integration processes, the paper argues that cultural diplomacy serves as a crucial instrument of “soft power” to ensure regional stability.
