1950-YILLARDA O‘ZBEKISTON SSR PROKURATURASINING UMUMIY NAZORAT FAOLIYATIDA SOTSIALISTIK QONUNIYLIKNI TA’MINLASH MEXANIZMLARI (ARXIV MATERIALLARI ASOSIDA)

This article examines the activities of the Prosecutor's Office of the Uzbek SSR in the 1950s in supervising the implementation of legislation, based on archival documents. Particular attention is paid to the role of prosecutorial supervision in ensuring legality during the post-war reconstruction period, especially in safeguarding the national economy and strengthening legal discipline. The study analyzes the measures undertaken by prosecutorial authorities, identifies the shortcomings and deficiencies encountered in the exercise of prosecutorial supervision, and evaluates their legal and institutional implications. Furthermore, the article provides a historical and legal analysis of the Prosecutor's Office's supervisory activities in enforcing legislation during the period under study. The findings are based on previously underutilized archival sources, which make it possible to reconstruct the practical mechanisms of prosecutorial supervision and to assess their significance in maintaining socialist legality in the Uzbek SSR.
