This article studies the structural-syntactic features of the overlap phenomenon of speech meaning and communicative functions
in English and Uzbek from a comparative and comparative perspective. The study is aimed at identifying the syntactic realization
of the overlap phenomenon, sentence construction, structural models and mutual integration of grammatical means with
communicative tasks. The fact that typological differences of English and Uzbek languages have different effects on the syntactic
formation of overlap is scientifically substantiated.
