FORMATION OF NANOPARTICLES OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN DRUG EYE FILMS AND THE KINETICS OF THEIR RELEASE FROM THE POLYMER BASE
This article is devoted to obtaining preparations in the form of a film aimed at the treatment of viral eye diseases. Ophthalmic
drug films consist of a polymer base, a biologically active substance and a plasticizer. The selected biologically active substance
is a chemical combination of polyphenol-gossypol with Na-CMC and has an antiviral interferon-inducing property. Medicinal
films containing various amounts of biologically active substances were obtained, and the formation of nanoparticles of
biologically active substances from the obtained films and the kinetics of their release from the polymer base were studied.
