INVESTIGATION OF THE PROCESS OF EXTRACTION OF FLAVONOIDS FROM THE FLOWERS OF HELICHRYSUM MARACANDICUM OF THE FLORA OF UZBEKISTAN
The process of extraction of total flavonoids from the flowers of Helichrysum maracandicum - Samarkand immortelle has been
studied. Based on the research results, the following extraction conditions were established: the extractant is 70% ethyl alcohol,
the particle size of the raw material is no more than 3–5 mm, and the process temperature is 40–50 °C. Using the method of
mathematical planning of the experiment according to Box-Wilson, the extraction conditions were determined, which ensure the
extraction of the amount of flavonoids from raw materials with a yield of 90%. The qualitative and quantitative composition of
cosmosiin, isosalipurposide and salipurposide was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
