The relevance associated with natural conditions, the history of the development of the area and lithological-tectonic conditions
is considered. The article presents the results of studying the influence of lithological-tectonic conditions on the formation of
some engineering-geological processes. The physical and mechanical properties of the material are given to establish the causes
of the development of engineering and geological processes. The formation of engineering-geological processes is given, mainly
influencing factors are the location of discontinuous faults relative to the exposed surface of the sides of quarries and the degree
of lithological dissection of the massif.
