Due to the unique medicinal properties of the Samarkand immortelle, its flowers have been used in medicine and folk medicine
for the treatment of diseases. Currently, the natural reserve of this plant is rapidly decreasing, the main reason for this is the
uncontrolled collection of the above-ground part of the plant by the local population. It is possible to organize plantations and
preserve the population of Samarkand olmasot by multiplying its seeds in vitro in laboratory conditions and planting ready-made
pathogen-free seedlings in natural growth areas. Rooted plant seedlings were planted in special cassettes, on a substrate
consisting of peat and agroperlite in an automated greenhouse, adapted and acclimatized in 3 stages. Then it was planted in the
outdoor environment, natural growth areas and plantations.
