In Uzbekistan, during the growth and development of agricultural crops (cotton, grain crops, horticulture), seeds germinate, grow,
and develop under the influence of soil and climatic conditions and various environmental factors, the main ones being air, soil
temperature, air humidity, precipitation, and others. A certain excess or deficiency of these quantities leads to an increase or
decrease in the development phases and the vegetation period of the sown crop, which in turn reduces the possibility of obtaining
the maximum yield. To utilize these factors, we must first pay special attention to the sowing dates, then understand how the factors
affect the plant, and determine the optimal sowing dates for each region.
